"I love helping individuals and leaders to apply their strengths creatively and courageously to advance their careers, health, and joy. They become highly satisfied with their life, strengthening their performance, relationships, and wellbeing! Clients build mindsets, behaviors, and skills such as: - Influence, recognition, promotions, confidence, joy, peace, fun, passion, enthusiasm, and love - Work-life balance, focus, boundaries, self-compassion, and relationships, productivity, delegation, collaboration, teams, and motivation. - Replacing habits like stress, procrastination, judgement, social media use, over spending with habits like exercising, healthy eating, meditation, sleep routines, decluttering, etc. - Decreasing burnout and conflict while improving alignment, execution, systems, strategic planning. - Clarifying Values and goals answering questions like: Imagine your life in 1, 5, 10 years. What is in it? Who are you surrounded by? What are you passionate about? What do you cherish? How do you spend your time? - Overcoming limiting beliefs such as perfectionism, self doubt, imposter syndrome, people pleasing, workaholism, scarcity/life is hard, and more. I’m a project manager at heart. I'm outcome oriented and customer focused. My style is calm, direct, exploratory, and celebratory. I listen for unique perspectives, needs, goals, and assumptions to discover root causes of problems. I use proven processes to create systemic, sustainable change. My approach to coaching very fluid and customized to each individual. I’m scientific and spiritual. Science and research provide proven, replicable methodologies for improving life. While some universal truths apply to most humans, everyone is unique. My clients and I partner to create a hypothesis of what will work for them, test it, learn, and pivot as needed. We each have a unique relationship with spirituality, and I am very comfortable supporting people in this way as well. I find that as my clients connect more deeply with the best part of themselves, life becomes so much easier and more joyful. My experiences give me tremendous faith in what my clients can create for themselves. Over my 30+ year career I've managed projects, teams and organizations to increase their profitability and effectiveness. I lead teams to envision what's possible, unearth root causes of issues, resolve conflicts, strengthen collaboration and communication, and implement solutions to create step changes. I've done this with Procter & Gamble, Essendant, school districts, non-profits, a law firm, and an IT business. I've been happily married for 30 years and have two wonderful sons. I love psychology, business, science, health, fitness, cooking, skiing, hiking, and gardening. I've won Toastmasters speech competitions, successfully transitioned careers and industries, overcome shyness and chronic pain, managed multiple interstate moves, and reentered the workforce after staying home with my children. I have a BS in Psychology, a MBA in Marketing, formal leadership training through the Center for Creative Leadership as well as Six Sigma Green Belt and Neuroscience training. I've earned four coaching certifications and am pursuing two additional certifications. I read extensively on communication, negotiation, leadership, and mindfulness. Currently I'm doing a deeper dive on strategy. I’ve come to believe that my purpose in life is to be joyful and open to possibilities. As my ability to do that grows, my ability to help others do this grows too. This is how I make a difference in the world."

It can be helpful to leave time to process and integrate after sessions either through sitting in the imagery or journaling about your experience In the weeks following a session, many clients find it helpful to revisit the new self-affirming images and sensations, which further integrates the changes into your body, mind, life, actions, and decisions.
