Personalized 1:1 Coaching Sessions: You'll receive three (3) 45-60 minute 1-on-1 coaching sessions over the course of 5 weeks.

The Second Spring Stress Release Workbook: You’ll receive a valuable digital workbook of simple exercises and resources to help you find relief.

Ongoing Support: Stay connected with personalized messaging support between sessions via chat and email, ensuring you feel continuously guided and supported on your journey.

In my early 40s, I began experiencing unexpected shifts in my body, including dry skin, fatigue, bloating, and new food sensitivities. This personal experience ignited a passion in me to help other women navigate this transition with greater ease and confidence. Witnessing my mom and other women struggle with more debilitating symptoms like hot flashes and insomnia further solidified my commitment to supporting women during this phase of life. My journey inspired me to become a Certified Menopause Coaching Specialist! This training gave me valuable insights into the key health areas that impact women's symptoms and long-term well-being. I've applied this knowledge to my own life and I'm feeling the difference! Now, I'm ready to share it with you. I provide a safe and supportive space where you can openly discuss your hopes, share your experiences, and work through challenges without judgment. We'll collaborate to create a personalized plan with manageable steps, and I'll provide reliable resources and tools to support you along the way.
