My own journey with chronic pain and chronic conditions has shaped my empathetic, client-centered approach and deepened my commitment to supporting others through their challenges.
Life is a winding path, often filled with discomfort, uncertainty, stress, and times of feeling burned out or stuck. I believe that exploring this journey with openness leads to insight, growth, and lasting change. Having learned to live more holistically and with greater fulfillment myself, I aim to help others do the same.
