I am a National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach with over 20 years of experience, dedicated to helping individuals cultivate well-being and optimal wellness. My own journey with chronic pain and chronic conditions has shaped my empathetic, client-centered approach and deepened my commitment to supporting others through their challenges.

Life is a winding path, often filled with discomfort, uncertainty, stress, and times of feeling burned out or stuck. I believe that exploring this journey with openness leads to insight, growth, and lasting change. Having learned to live more holistically and with greater fulfillment myself, I aim to help others do the same.

I walk alongside clients as they pursue resilience, balance, and joy—guided by the belief that everyone has the potential to live a meaningful, healthy life. Integrating my background in social work, personal health experience, and coaching expertise, I use a collaborative, co-creative approach to support sustainable progress and each person’s own definition of optimal well-being.

What's your cancelation policy?

Button

I ask my clients for at least 24 hours' notice for rescheduling or cancellations. Emergencies will be taken into consideration.

What is the difference between therapy and coaching?

Button

Coaches are partners with their clients and support motivation, accountability, and success with goals in a systematic way. Clients and coaches are partners, working on present and future goals together. I included a link to an article about the differences between therapy and coaching: https://www.forbes.com/sites/lucianapaulise/2022/12/06/5-differences-between-a-coach-and-a-therapist/?sh=

Why packages?

Button

Change takes place throughout time, it's a dynamic process, not a singular event. Therefore, coaching also takes place throughout time, integrating all the learnings along the way, with your goals adapting to you as you change.
