Hi, I’m Amanda.

I’m a National Board-Certified Health & Wellness Coach (NBC-HWC) with a background that spans wellness, hospitality leadership, corporate health coaching, fitness operations, and behavior change.

My path into health coaching wasn’t a straight line. Throughout my career, I’ve led teams, managed businesses, worked in luxury hospitality, and coached individuals seeking better health, more energy, improved confidence, and sustainable lifestyle change. Along the way, I learned something important: most people don’t need more information—they need support, accountability, and a realistic plan they can actually follow.

As an NBC-HWC, I partner with clients to create lasting changes that align with their values, goals, and everyday lives. My coaching style is evidence-based, practical, and free from wellness fads, quick fixes, and extreme approaches. I believe that health should feel sustainable, not overwhelming.

In addition to my board certification, I have advanced training in Gut Health, Hormone Health, Mindfulness, and Lifestyle Medicine. My areas of interest include healthy aging, digestive health, women’s wellness, metabolic health, stress management, behavior change, and building habits that support long-term wellbeing.

Professionally, I have coached individuals through corporate wellness programs, delivered educational presentations, and supported clients navigating everything from nutrition and movement habits to stress, sleep, and work-life balance. My experience in leadership and operations also gives me a deep understanding of the challenges busy professionals face when trying to prioritize their health while balancing careers, families, and competing responsibilities.

What makes my approach different is that I don’t believe health has to be perfect to be meaningful. You won’t find rigid meal plans, guilt, or unrealistic expectations here. Instead, we’ll focus on small, consistent actions that create measurable results over time.

Whether you’re looking to improve your energy, establish healthier routines, navigate midlife changes, support your gut health, manage stress more effectively, or simply feel more like yourself again, I’m here to help you create a personalized path forward.

Outside of coaching, you’ll usually find me at HOTWORX, practicing yoga, horseback riding, cooking, reading, listening to podcasts, or continuing my education in health and wellness. I’m passionate about lifelong learning and enjoy staying current on the latest research in nutrition, behavior change, healthy aging, and overall well-being.

I also enjoy practicing Spanish, spending time outdoors, relaxing by the pool, and having meaningful conversations with friends across the country. Having lived in Illinois, Southern California, Florida, and now North Carolina, I’ve built friendships in many places and value connection, community, and diverse perspectives.

My dog, Scarlet, is a big part of my life, and I have a special place in my heart for animals and animal welfare.

I believe wellness is about more than what we eat or how we exercise—it’s about creating a life that supports our health, values, relationships, and overall sense of fulfillment.

My goal is to help you build a healthier life that feels realistic, enjoyable, and sustainable—not just for a few weeks, but for years to come.

I look forward to being part of your journey.
