Prospective clients will learn about the chronic disease risk of diabetes and the prevalence of prediabetes. They will learn about the CDC Prevent T2D curriculum and how the use of a continuous glucose monitor. (CGM) can enhance the program. Participants will also learn about studies on the efficacy of the methods used in the coaching program. Participants will learn how to choose a CGM and how to apply it.
Who this is for
The ideal client is prediabetic, or has a family history of Type 2 Diabetes, or had gestational diabetes, or is a rebound dieter with insulin resistance, PCOS, waist circumference to height ration 50% or more, on prescribed weight loss medications, or has known fatty liver disease.

She is a member of the American College of Lifestyle Medicine and an Associate Member of the Obesity Medicine Association.
