1. Safety & Scope

We confirm your therapy support, set coordination and pacing, and agree on clear guardrails for this coaching track.

2. Relief

You’ll triage workload and time off, and implement a sleep/energy protocol so your baseline steadies.

3. Containment

You’ll learn calm-planning blocks and a trigger → response play to reduce spirals and decision fatigue.

4. Options

You’ll explore role redesign vs. exit. We’ll outline 2–3 values-aligned paths so you have real choices.

5. Execution

You’ll run priority scripts, trim workload, and reset expectations with key people—safely and professionally.

6. Search (if needed)

You’ll get a targeted resume/LinkedIn update and a realistic search cadence without burning out.

7. Rebuild

My background is psychologically informed and trauma-aware; my coaching is practical and outcome-driven. We’ll calm what’s urgent, design boundaries that hold, and build a week you can actually live with. When needed, I coordinate with your therapist so structure and healing work together.
