You’ll explore role redesign vs. exit. We’ll outline 2–3 values-aligned paths so you have real choices.
You’ll run priority scripts, trim workload, and reset expectations with key people—safely and professionally.
You’ll get a targeted resume/LinkedIn update and a realistic search cadence without burning out.
You’ll install advanced calendar hygiene, micro-rituals, and an ally map for support at work and home.
You’ll leave with a 90-day plan and a relapse-prevention playbook coordinated with your clinician.
