My background includes a Masters Degree in Elementary Education, National Board Certification in Health Coaching, ACE Certified Personal Trainer, Certified Autoimmune Wellness Coach and Certified Substance Abuse Prevention Specialist.
I've had the privilege of serving as a personal trainer and group fitness instructor, specializing in diverse areas like Barre and Kickboxing. A significant part of my journey has been my work with Parkinson's patients, where I've seen firsthand the life-changing impact through the Rock Steady Boxing program as the Head Coach.
