FAQs

Still need more clarity? Here are answers to some commonly asked questions.

Q: What if I’ve had a recent injury or surgery?

Button

A: Please consult your doctor before starting. Modifications will be offered for most exercises, but you must be cleared for gentle physical activity.

Q: Do I need to be “in shape” to join?

Button

A: Absolutely not. This program is made for beginners or anyone returning to movement after a break.

Q: What if I miss a class?

Button

A: You’ll receive a handout to stay on track and can email me for support. Missed sessions are not refundable but the program is designed to keep you moving even if you can’t attend one.

Q: Can men join too?

Button

A: Yes! While the program is designed with women’s health in mind, it is suitable for all genders.

Q: Will this help with osteoporosis?

Button

A: Yes — we focus on weight-bearing, resistance, and balance exercises that support bone density and fall prevention. Always follow your doctor’s guidance.
