I believe that self care can take many forms. I take a client-centered and collaborative approach to supporting clients in achieving their goals. With a background in Psychology, I’ve further specialized through certifications in happiness, goal achievement, life purpose, productivity, executive function, and mental health—equipping me to support clients in building practical skills and reaching meaningful goals. I am a member of The National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI) & Attention Deficit Disorder Association (ADDA). I have experience working collaboratively with individuals with neurological & developmental disorders such as ASD & ADHD, anxiety, OCD, individuals who are medically complex and more. I am proud to be a Certified Autism Specialist. My professional background spans both healthcare and education, with experience as a Paramedic and as an early childhood educator. To further my knowledge in mindfulness and stress relief, I became a certified registered yoga teacher in 2017. In 2025, I co-founded WellBloom Cooperative for Coaches.
