With a background in Health Education and decades of experience in the fitness and wellness industry, Jen brings both professional expertise and personal understanding through lived experience to her coaching.
She believes that mindset, movement, and meaningful self-care are essential to lasting well-being. Her coaching style blends compassion and practicality-meeting each client where they are and helping them create healthy routines that fit real life.
