1. Initial Assessment and Goal Setting

Use validated assessment tools and questionnaires to gather information about the severity and impact of anxiety on the client's life. Collaboratively establish clear, realistic, and achievable goals for anxiety alleviation.

2. Education and Understanding Anxiety

Educate clients about the nature of anxiety, its physical and psychological symptoms, and common triggers. Help clients identify their personal anxiety triggers, thoughts, and behavioral patterns.

3. Cognitive-Behavioral Techniques

Teach cognitive-behavioral techniques to identify and challenge negative thought patterns. Help clients develop alternative, more balanced thoughts to reduce anxiety.

4. Relaxation and Stress Management
