We meet once weekly for 4 weeks. I will tailor each week's session to what you need while introducing you to different types of meditations and breathwork.

Hi, I’m Sheila—a national board-certified physician assistant, health & wellness coach, and meditation and breathwork teacher. I hold a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition from UNLV and a Master in Physician Assistant Studies from Western University of Health Sciences. I also hold the National Board Certification of Health and Wellness Coaching. I founded ReCenter Anywhere after ten years of experience as a PA in obesity medicine, urgent care, and most recently in mental health. My favorite part of being a PA has always been helping others create healthy habits that stick. With ReCenter Anywhere, I get to focus on guiding others in creating healthyish lives of joy and balance. 

 

My mottos: Momentum Over Motivation- Good Food Equals a Good Life- and Recenter and Reframe. 

 

My passion for helping others transform their health mirrors my personal journey. I’ve faced depression, anxiety, and unhealthy habits—from emotional eating to smoking and binge drinking. True change began when I discovered mindfulness, reframed my inner narrative, and aligned my actions with my values. While still a work in progress, I believe we all have a best self waiting to emerge, and through mindfulness practices and value aligned living, we can create a ripple effect of positivity. Blending science-based expertise with personal transformation, I offer a unique, holistic approach to wellness.

What is your cancellation policy?

You may reschedule your session with at least 24 hours’ notice with credit applied to your next session. Sessions missed or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be forfeited. No refunds or cancellations.

Why pay when there are free meditation apps out there?

Button

Nothing beats the accountability of connecting and working with a live person. Besides, you are way more likely to stick to it if you pay for it. The free apps can also start to feel like scrolling through netflix to find the "perfect" meditation and let's face it, it is easy to hit stop on a free app but not with a real person.
