In this program you will be building a solid foundation where you understand your health and wellness/over all well-being goals and you have built skills and habits around them. It’s designed to help you build real habits that stick, so you can continue caring for yourself with confidence for decades to come.
The program is designed to fit into your life—not take over it. You’ll make small, manageable shifts each week that lead to lasting change. We will meet for a weekly session, for 30 minutes each week. You will also have a slide deck with audio and a workbook, both of which you can do at your own pace.
