Program Structure Overview: This 4-session coaching package is designed to provide focused, personalized support over a short period of time, helping you build momentum and make meaningful progress.

2. Session 1 – Clarity & Goal Setting

We’ll explore your current habits, values, and wellness goals. You’ll complete a brief intake form before our session to help us identify your focus areas and define what success looks like for you.

3. Session 2 – Strategy & Habit Building

We’ll dive into the barriers and behaviors that may be getting in your way. Together, we’ll create simple, realistic steps you can implement right away, aligned with your lifestyle and strengths.

4. Session 3 – Accountability & Adjustment

We’ll check in on what’s working, what’s not, and fine-tune your plan. This session supports consistency, motivation, and building confidence in your progress.

5. Session 4 – Progress & Planning Ahead

We’ll reflect on what you’ve accomplished and how to keep moving forward. You’ll leave with tools and a personalized action plan to stay on track after the program ends.
