Hello, I’m Jennifer Lima, the founder of Bella Vita Alchemy, where science meets individualized wellness in daily practices of self-care. My journey toward whole-person wellness began in 2010, after years of navigating weight fluctuations, anxiety, fatigue, and burnout. Through deep personal work and ongoing education, I discovered that true health isn’t just about drinking more water or getting to the gym—it’s about learning to show up for yourself every day with compassion, purpose, and presence. With a background in public health and clinical research, I bring a rare blend of scientific rigor, intuitive coaching, and collaborative problem-solving to every client relationship. I’ve spent over two decades helping R&D innovators and health organizations secure funding and design studies that improve lives, and non-profit organizations secure the means to make meaningful impacts - my heart has always been in helping individuals and communities thrive.
Whether it's navigating chronic stress, rebalancing after burnout, or reconnecting to the natural world, I meet women where they are with zero judgment and plenty of curiosity. I understand how overwhelming it is to balance your own wellness needs with all of your other responsibilities. I will meet you where you are and help you prioritize your own wellness and create manageable the steps to reach your goals and thrive in your everyday life.
One of my current passions is exploring how to reframe neurodivergence, including ADHD, not as a disorder, but as a unique operating system with immense gifts. I’m actively researching and experimenting with how we can structure routines, workspaces, and wellness practices to embrace these gifts rather than suppress them. My approach blends scientific insight with holistic tools like plant-based healing, seasonal living, somatic awareness, journaling, and breathwork. At Bella Vita Alchemy, I’m here to help you find clarity, restore balance, and reconnect to your own wisdom—because you don’t need fixing. You just need to remember your own magic.
