This is where we meet and begin our journey together.

 

This session is dedicated to introducing the coaching process, exploring your background and health goals, and uncovering your strengths and core values that will help motivate and guide you toward your vision. Together, we’ll create a clear three-month roadmap to serve as our guide for the journey ahead.

 

2. 30-Minutes Weekly Check-Ins

We reflect on your week, celebrate your wins, and problem-solve any challenges together. From there, we choose the next meaningful step to keep you moving toward your goal.

3. Conclusion & Future Steps

In the final week, we’ll take time to reflect on and celebrate how far you’ve come, then shift our focus to sustaining your new habits and identifying any next-level improvements you’d like to make.

After over a decade in pharmacy, I’ve seen the same pattern play out again and again: preventable health problems fueled by habits that are hard to break and even harder to talk about. And while medications have their place, they’re not the whole story. 

 

That’s why I shifted my focus from prescriptions to people. 

 

Using my background in pharmacy, I partner with individuals who are ready to create real, lasting change. I bring medical expertise, mental health coaching certification, and a deep empathy for how hard change can be. Because let’s be honest: if changing habits were easy, we’d all be doing yoga at sunrise and drinking kale for fun.

 

I believe that everyone has the potential to improve their well-being, not through shame or perfectionism, but through the right kind of support, strategy, and a little humor along the way. As a lifelong creative on the side (writing and drawing are my loves), I have a soft spot for creators. I’ve seen too many brilliant minds wrestle mental health struggles and have experience helping fellow creatives break free from those patterns and reconnect with the energy behind their art.
