This is not medical treatment or diabetes management. It is supportive coaching alongside your healthcare team.
This partnership is for women living with or at risk for Type 2 Diabetes who:
feel exhausted, foggy, overwhelmed, or stuck
want to rebuild steadiness, clarity, and trust in their body
are ready for a different way than pressure, rules, or perfection

In this 3-month coaching partnership, you receive:
9 private 1:1 coaching sessions (45–60 minutes each)
Full 3-month access to the Positive Intelligence (PQ) program + app

Woman-Centered identity awareness

No. We explore supportive habits that work for your real life. No rigid plans, rules, or perfection.
9 coaching sessions of 45-60 minutes. About 10 minutes a day if you choose to use the PQ app and simple practices. Everything is optional and supportive.
We close with a reflection session. You’ll leave with clarity on your next step — whether that includes continued coaching with me or other supportive resources.
