You will leave these sessions with a strong vision of where you want to go on your health journey. You will have actionable steps to help you reach your goals and the confidence to know that you can get there.

Who this is for

This package is exclusively for the Foundations Clients of VerityCo who are looking for targeted, expert support in reaching their health and wellness goals.

Program structure

1. Clarity Call

This is a 25 minute conversation where you will learn what coaching is and how I can support you in reaching your health and wellness goals.

2. Foundations Session

Button

This is a 45 minute session where will explore your vision for optimal health and all of the things that are going well in your life, which will lay the foundation of our work together.

3. Follow-Up Sessions

Button

These two 30 minute sessions are where the rubber meets the road!  We will leverage your strengths and inner resources to co-create a roadmap to successfully meet your goals one step at a time.

Hello! I believe that each person holds within themselves a vision of their ideal self, an understanding of what true health and wellness looks like for them as well as the inner resources needed to make that vision a reality. As a health and wellness coach, I partner with clients to clarify what optimal wellness means for them and to co-create a realistic, sustainable roadmap to get there.

 

Supporting others as they build knowledge, confidence, and momentum toward meaningful goals has been central to my work for many years. In my previous roles as a teacher and instructional coach, I helped individuals grow through encouragement, structure, and skill-building. Today, those same strengths are at the heart of my work as a health and wellness coach.

 

My approach blends the science of behavior change with functional medicine principles to support whole-person health. Together, we explore how sleep, nutrition, movement, stress management, and relationships interact, and how small, intentional changes in these areas can lead to lasting improvements in health and well-being.

 

Outside of coaching, I’m drawn to activities that invite me to slow down and be present. I enjoy baking sourdough, reading, working on embroidery projects, and taking long walks and hikes with my family, especially alongside our sweet pup.
