1. Week 1 – Foundation

2. Weeks 2–11 – Growth & Momentum

Weekly 45-min Coaching Sessions (Sessions 2–11): Reflect on progress and refine goals. Address mindset, obstacles, and habits. Build resilience, energy, and clarity. Adjust strategies to match life demands. Celebrate wins | Strengthen self-efficacy

3. Accountability Check-ins (message-based)

You’ll work with a National Board Certified Health and Wellbeing Coach with 20+ years in healthcare. This isn’t one-size-fits-all advice—it’s a strategic, personalized journey grounded in evidence-based coaching and compassion.

What if I miss a session?

Life happens. One reschedule per client is allowed with 24-hour notice. We’ll work together to keep your momentum strong.

How much time will this take each week?

Plan for about 45 minutes every week for sessions, and 15–30 minutes weekly for check-ins, reflection, and habit practice.

What kind of support is included between sessions?

You’ll have access to secure messaging or email support for accountability, encouragement, and quick questions.

Do I need to be at a certain fitness level or health status to begin?

Can I continue coaching after the 12 weeks?
