Hi, I’m Radha Dalal—a Narrative Coach, and working towards my Marriage & Family Therapist Associate Licensure, founder of Pink Rose Therapy and host of The Pink Rose Pod.

 

I work with high-achieving women who are tired of people-pleasing, exhausted by family dynamics, and ready to stop abandoning themselves. As a South Asian woman who’s walked the tightrope between cultural expectations and personal truth, I know how hard it can be to untangle who you are from who you were taught to be.

 

My work blends mental health training, spiritual insight, and real-life experience. I hold two Master’s degrees—in Marriage & Family Therapy and Human Development—and have years of experience coaching and supporting clients through life transitions, identity shifts, breakups, and burnout.

 

Whether we’re journaling together, reframing old narratives, or practicing nervous system regulation, my approach is soft, steady, and deeply affirming. I believe in your wholeness, even when you forget. And I believe you don’t have to do this alone.

 

When I’m not coaching, I’m probably walking my goldendoodle Rumi, drinking chai, or attempting the perfect iced matcha.
