Generally, you’ll need a reliable internet connection, a quiet space, and a device with video or phone capabilities. Some clients find using apps (such as for tracking goals or journaling) helpful, but no specific apps are required unless desired.
The duration varies depending on the client’s goals. Many people start with a 3- to 6-month period to build momentum and see significant changes, though some may choose shorter-term coaching for targeted goals or extend it as they set new aspirations.
The coaching experience is customized. While each session is structured to keep progress steady, the content and focus areas evolve based on your specific needs and goals. Sessions are adapted to match your unique wellness journey.
