Program structure

1. FREE Discovery Call

We begin with a 20–30 minute call to explore whether this coaching journey is the right fit for you.

2. Foundation Session

Button

Your first 60-minute session includes vision and intention creation, a review of your intake and reflections, and space to share more about your life, health, and hopes—only what feels comfortable and true for you.

3. Ongoing Coaching Sessions

Button

You’ll receive six 45–60 minute private sessions, typically every two weeks over 3 months.

4. Pre-Session Reflection

Button

Before each session, you’ll receive reflection prompt (sent 24–48 hours in advance) to help you center and prepare.

5. Aligned Steps Between Sessions

Button

After each session, you’ll leave with practices or micro-changes—chosen by you—to support your daily rhythm and goals.

6. Private Chat Support

Between sessions, you’ll have access to confidential, HIPAA-compliant chat support via the Vibly platform as needed.

What is coaching with Sheila like?

Coaching with Sheila is unique—because you are. No one person’s journey is exactly the same. My approach is woman-centered, intuitive, and collaborative. We begin where you are, and we co-create each next movement together. That might look like information gathering and gentle embodiment… or identity awareness, belief rewiring, or spiritual integration. While it may seem like there’s no set formula, the real formula is our combined presence. We enter the field of possibility together—and from there, what’s needed always reveals itself. As you reconnect with your unique code, vitality naturally returns—and so does joy. Not the fleeting kind, but the kind that can accompany you through grief, change, and growth. The kind that honors your wholeness, even in the becoming.

Do I need a diagnosis to work with you?

No. Many of the women I support are living with or at risk for Type 2 Diabetes—but this work is for anyone ready to feel better, reconnect with their body, and create sustainable change. If you’re seeking more energy, clarity, and calm—you’re welcome here.

Is this a medical service, therapy, or counseling?

Button

No. This is a coaching space for education, lifestyle transformation, and empowered wellbeing. I do not diagnose, treat, or prescribe in this role. Coaching is not a substitute for medical care, physical therapy, or mental health counseling. Instead, it is a companion to your care—supporting you in building sustainable rhythms and accessing your own clarity, voice, and vitality.

Will our sessions include breathwork or movement?

They may—if that feels supportive to you. Some sessions include grounding breathwork, gentle body-based awareness, or energy practices to help you feel more connected, safe, and centered in your body. These are not clinical or therapeutic exercises, but optional tools to help you listen deeply and live more fully.

What if I need to reschedule?

You can reschedule with at least 24 hours' notice. I understand life can be full—one grace reschedule is available for emergencies. Together, we’ll find a rhythm that feels both structured and spacious.

What is Next after the Wellbeing Harmonizer?

After completing the Wellbeing Harmonizer, many women feel ready for the next layer of growth — moving from stabilizing health rhythms into awakening their deeper voice and power. The next journey is Rooted & Radiant — a 3-month, 9-session coaching program that includes the Feminine Power® 9-Module Course woven together with private coaching. Here, the focus shifts inward: -Exploring and releasing hidden patterns that keep you small -Reclaiming your authentic voice and confidence -Expanding into new ways of relating, creating, and leading your life -Anchoring rhythms of self-trust and soulful presence Rooted & Radiant isn’t about managing health alone — it’s about living more fully from who you truly are, so that your wellbeing, relationships, and purpose naturally flourish.
