Can Leadership and Wellbeing coaching be delivered virtually or in-person?

Yes. I offer in-person, virtual and hybrid options and will design the session based on what aligns best to fit your teams needs.

How many participants can join?

Ideal group size is 4 to 25 participants for depth and interaction. Larger groups can be accommodated with adjustments in design and format.

How is this different from traditional leadership training?

This workshop integrates evidence-based practices for emotional, mental, physical and relational wellbeing focusing not just on what leaders do, but who they are and the integration of how they show up for themselves and their work.

Is Leadership and Wellbeing coaching therapy?

No. I’m a National Board Certified Health & Wellbeing Coach and leadership development facilitator. This work is coaching-based and experiential. There are some cross over modalities with therapy. This work is not clinical, but deeply supportive.
