What we might work on together: Every teen is different, so every coaching relationship looks a little different. Here are some of the things teens commonly want to explore:
Making sense of how your brain works- especially if you're neurodivergent or twice exceptional (2e)
Managing stress, overwhelm, and emotional overload
Figuring out focus, motivation, and follow-through without burning out
Navigating school, friendships, or big life transitions
Building confidence and learning to advocate for yourself
Developing a healthier relationship with social media
Getting clearer on what you actually want — not just what you're supposed to want
Any Teen or Young Adult who is interested in improving their life.

I'm Mary- a Youth Resilience Coach and Certified Neurotransformational Coach with over twenty years of experience as a clinical social worker, including years working directly with teens, young adults, and families in schools and clinical settings. I specialize in working with the families of neurodivergent, gifted, and 2e young people, and I understand this terrain both professionally and personally.
I am now an empty nester who successfully launched my daughter in 2024. I live with my husband and our 4 cats and dog in New Mexico. I enjoy fostering kittens, working out, and visiting art museums. In recent years I served my community by being the Board President of Family Strengths Network, an organization that supports parents/guardians and their children.
Still need more clarity? Here are answers to some commonly asked questions.
Yes! I offer payment plans on my Youth Coaching and Parent Coaching packages.
Yes! I charge a rate for my coaching services that is commensurate with my depth of experience and that represents the value a coaching package brings to my clients' lives. However, financial accessibility is deeply important to me and I fully understand that these rates might not be within reach for everyone. If that's you, please don't hesitate to let me know and we'll figure out something together.
Coaching sessions, like counseling appointments, are confidential, with some exceptions that we will review thoroughly before starting our work together. If a parent of guardian is paying for coaching, then they are known as the coaching "sponsor". We will definitely discuss ahead of time how much the information about the coaching that the sponsor can access (if any) and you will be directly involved in this discussion.
I provide a judgment-free zone for my clients. Coaching cannot be effective if people don't feel comfortable to share freely! Respect is one of my top values.
