I am a certified Health & Wellness Coach with a rich personal and professional background in shamanism, mind-body medicine, and spirituality. I am passionate about supporting clients to activate their inner healing intelligence.

 

My mission is to partner with clients in cultivating clarity, self-trust, and intentional change by supporting awareness of their values, inner resources, and lived experience. I provide a compassionate, client-centered space where individuals can explore what matters most to them and move forward in ways that feel aligned, sustainable, and self-directed.

 

My work is collaborative and client-centered, grounded in the belief that each person is the expert in their own life. Rather than offering prescriptive solutions, I partner with clients to cultivate clarity, self-trust, and meaningful change. Working together may include clarifying values and priorities, identifying barriers and limiting beliefs, creating supportive habits and routines, reconnecting with the body’s signals, and aligning daily choices with personal goals. 

 

Our goal is not perfection, but progress rooted in self-awareness, self-compassion, and informed choice.
