As a Board-Certified Holistic Health Practitioner (AADP), Certified Ayurvedic Practitioner, Ph.D. candidate in Natural Medicine, and Board Member of the Minnesota Ayurveda Association, I bring years of expertise and training to every session. I have also completed my 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training Certification, allowing me to integrate yoga philosophy, breathwork, and mindful movement into my holistic offerings. But beyond credentials, my work is deeply personal - shaped by my own journey and guided by a "mother’s instinct" and a commitment to help others feel vibrant, balanced, and whole. I lived the stress and burnout for many years as I navigated the fast-paced world of Wall Street in NYC and later supporting one of the largest U.S. school systems. In addition to caring for a family with three sons and working full time I juggled multiple responsibilities while running on empty. It wasn’t until I entered my 40’s and faced my own health challenges, did I learn about natural medicine and the available pathways I could tap into. I asked myself - why doesn’t every woman know about these options! Only realizing that I would be honored to share the knowledge I’ve gained and help other women out there feel like themselves again.
