How do I know if this is for me?


If you’re overwhelmed from juggling your life and your condition, want to get clear on managing your symptoms and your emotions, want to improve your mindset around your chronic illness, and understand that coaching is a process, then coaching is for you. If you want someone to tell you what to do or want to understand why things happened in your past, then coaching is not for you. Consider other support like a good therapist or counselor to resolve past trauma(s).

How do we meet for sessions?


We’ll meet over Zoom, which requires you to install an app on your phone or use a laptop for our meeting beforehand. Alternatively, we can meet over the phone. All sessions are virtual at the moment. Before our session, I ask that you set yourself up in a comfortable, quiet, and private space. For reference, I live in Houston, Texas in the Central Standard Time zone, but I work with people all over the world.

What happens if I can't make a session?


If you know you can’t make a session with at least 24 hours notice, please let me know and we can reschedule. Without at least 24 hours notice, missed sessions will be forfeited. If you need to miss a regular weekly session, you can add these sessions to the end of our 3 months time of working together. All 9 coaching sessions need to be used within 4 months or they will be forfeited.

How much time do I need to spend on this each week?


In addition to our sessions, you’ll need to carve out anywhere from 2 - 20 minutes daily for practicing strategies to support your well-being.

Do I have time for coaching?


What I hear over and over from clients is that they come to value the time we get to spend together in session so much that if they have to miss a week for some reason, they miss it. This is YOUR time, and I am 100% present and dedicated to you at the moment. We make time for what we value. If you want to prioritize yourself and value time spent in stillness, reflection, and cultivating self-awareness, growth, and new ways of being, then you will have time for the sessions.
