"As a Neuroscientist turned Integrative Health Coach, I’m often asked, "So how did you get here?" My journey into Integrative Health and Nutrition Coaching is a reflection of who I am—deeply curious, passionate about helping people, and personally invested in health and well-being. Through my education and personal experiences, I’ve learned that how we live directly influences our health, happiness, and longevity. The power of small, daily habit changes is immense—and achievable. My passion is helping people discover this empowering truth. My expertise lies in blending my strong science background—Ph.D. in Neuroscience, Master of Arts in Psychology, and certifications in Coaching and Integrative Health Coaching—to guide clients toward highly impactful, sustainable health transformations. Changing long-standing behaviors can feel overwhelming, often leaving people stuck. Through an evidence-based approach, I help rewire habits using neuroscience-backed strategies, making behavior change feel not only possible but rewarding. Grounded in positive psychology, my coaching process is designed to be highly doable and personally fulfilling, helping clients create lasting, meaningful improvements in their health. And the best part? They feel the difference. My Journey My career path has been anything but conventional. While at McGill University, I fell in love with neuropsychology—how the brain shapes behavior. I earned my B.Sc. in Neuropsychology and went on to conduct research at Mount Sinai Hospital and Baycrest Center for Geriatric Care in Toronto, diagnosing and studying neurodegenerative conditions like Alzheimer’s and Parkinson’s disease. My fascination with the brain only deepened, leading me to pursue a Ph.D. in Behavioral Neuroscience at Boston University School of Medicine, where I explored the link between nutrition, neurochemistry, memory, and attention. But my curiosity didn’t stop there. I wanted to understand the bigger picture—how our choices, relationships, and life experiences shape both psychological and neurological wellness. This led me to earn a Master of Arts in Clinical Psychology, working with couples, new parents, and women navigating life transitions. Yet, I often felt that traditional therapy wasn’t always aligned with the fast pace of modern life. Then, something personal changed everything. I developed digestive issues, and after seeing multiple specialists, I was told, "It’s just aging." That answer didn’t sit right with me. A friend recommended an Integrative Health doctor, and the experience was transformative. Advanced testing revealed key deficiencies that traditional screenings had missed. With just a few lifestyle adjustments and supplements, my digestion improved, and I felt a decade younger. That’s when it clicked—how we live truly matters. I wanted to be part of a healthcare approach that empowers people to take control of their well-being. Through Integrative Health Coaching, I found a method that merges my expertise in neuroscience and psychology to create rapid, high-impact changes in people’s lives. Today, I help busy individuals master stress management, hormonal balance, food cravings, and overall health—so they can feel and function at their best."

FAQs

Still need more clarity? Here are answers to some commonly asked questions.

How is this different from your single-session Hormone & Gut Reset coaching?

Button

My one-session coaching is designed for focused support around a specific issue like emotional eating, sleep challenges, or digestive discomfort. It’s a great entry point or tune-up if you’re just getting started. This service, however, is for deeper, whole-body transformation. It’s ideal if you’re dealing with complex symptoms, life-stage transitions (like perimenopause or IVF), or chronic stress that requires sustained attention. We’ll take the time to uncover root causes, rewire habits, and build a long-term strategy for sustainable hormonal and gut health.

Can this help with hormone-related issues like perimenopause or fertility prep?

Button

Yes. This program is designed to support women through hormonal transitions, cycle symptoms, and reproductive health using evidence-based nutrition, stress regulation, and habit change strategies.

Is this for men too?

Button

Yes. Many men struggle with cortisol imbalance, poor sleep, cravings, and stress-related weight gain. The tools are personalized for each client’s physiology and lifestyle.

Do I need a diagnosis or doctor’s referral?

Button

Not at all. This program is a supportive complement to medical care, but you don’t need a referral or diagnosis to start.

What kind of transformation can I expect?

Button

Most clients see improvements in energy, digestion, mood, sleep, and clarity. But beyond that, they build lasting habits and understand how to stay balanced even as life changes.
