I am a Duke Certified & Wellness Coach with a background as a Licensed Speech-Language Pathologist, that integrates coaching and mind-body approaches.

Through working with clients of all ages and challenges, and making big changes in my own life, including healing from chronic illness and burnout, I understand how to help others make the changes they want. I bring 20 years of experience in yoga and mindfulness, incorporating sound and vibroacoustic therapy to support regulation with coaching to help you get clear, shift patterns, and move forward.

I consider myself an Intuitive Coach, listening for what may be just beneath the surface—and gently reflect that back to help you tune into and trust your own inner knowing. Primarily,  I am a partner here to support you in strengthening your intuition,  and establish behavior patterns that create change.

From working in clinics, hospitals and schools, I bring a multidisciplinary background with experience in behavior change coaching for clients and families, voice and fluency disorders of all ages, early child language and speech development, and adult neurological rehabilitation. I have also worked extensively with neurodivergent populations.

Frequently, I work with big life transitions, such as women navigating midlife, where shifts in energy, identity, and priorities are often present. Rather than approaching this as something to fix, I see it as a meaningful transition that, with the right support, can lead to greater clarity, alignment, and self-trust.

FAQs

Still need more clarity? Here are answers to some commonly asked questions.

What does a typical session look like?

Button

Each session is tailored to you, but generally includes a brief check-in, a guided sound experience, time for reflection, and space to explore what came up and identify next steps. The goal is to help you move from internal awareness to clear, actionable insight.

How long will the guided sound/meditation portion last?

Button

The length of the guided sound portion varies depending on your individual needs, and where you are in the process. Some sessions may include a shorter experience with more time for reflection and integration, while others may allow for a longer, deeper sound experience.

Do I need to have experience with meditation or sound work?

Button

Not at all. Everything is guided and designed to meet you where you are. There’s no “right” way to experience the session—just an opportunity to notice, reflect, and respond to what comes up.

Why do you not offer single 60-minute sessions for coaching?

Button

I do offer shorter sessions for ongoing/existing clients. I will almost always recommend a series of sessions so that YOU, the client, can get the most out of your investment. However, a 90-minute session can help to provide you direction if you are wanting to know where to make a change OR it can help you map out your next steps of something you are already confident you want to work on.
