I’m a Performance Coach and NCAA fencing coach working with athletes and driven women who struggle with self-doubt, overthinking, and performing under pressure.

In addition to coaching, I’ve spent over 30 years working closely with clients as a hairstylist, which has given me a unique perspective on confidence, identity, and the way people experience self-doubt in everyday life.
