My Story

For over two decades, I built a successful career in Fortune 500 corporate environments — until I reached a point many high achievers know too well. I believed exhaustion was simply the cost of success. I ignored the early signals: chronic stress, depleted energy, and blurred boundaries. Eventually, my body made the decision for me.

That moment led to six months of intentional rest and rebuilding. It reshaped my understanding of sustainable wellness. I learned that true well-being is about understanding your capacity, honoring your needs, and creating practices that actually hold in the middle of a demanding life.

Why I Do This Work

That experience sparked everything I have built since. In 2020, I founded Salyana Essentials LLC. I completed my Health & Wellness Coach training through the Institute of Holistic Integrative Studies and received my NBC-HWC certification — the gold standard credential in professional wellness coaching.

Today I work with entrepreneurs, professionals, and coaches through three coaching programs — each one built around the same core belief: equip people with the tools they were never given, before they need them most.

How I Work

My coaching style is structured, direct, and grounded in real life. I bring light humor, natural optimism, and a genuine belief in your ability to create lasting change. I meet you where you are, ask thoughtful questions, and help you build the clarity and tools that work for your actual life and schedule. You remain in the driver's seat. I am your steady, informed navigator.

FAQs

Still need more clarity? Here are answers to some commonly asked questions.

Is this therapy or counseling?

Button

No. The Essentials Collective™ is wellness-informed business coaching — focused on building a sustainable business while taking your personal wellbeing seriously. It is not a clinical mental health intervention.

How is this different from a business course?

Button

This is not a course. It is a live, interactive coaching program with real accountability built in. You are not watching pre-recorded videos alone — you are showing up monthly with a coach and a cohort who know your business and your goals.

What makes this different from other business coaching programs?

Button

Month 7. Most business programs do not include a dedicated wellness plan as part of the curriculum. This one does — because your capacity to sustain your business depends on it.

Can I join if I already have a business?

Button

The Essentials Collective™ is designed for new and early-stage entrepreneurs. If your business is already established and running, The Wellness House™ may be a better fit for where you are.

What happens if I miss a session?

Button

Life happens. If you miss a group call, a recording will be available. If you need to reschedule your individual check-in, please do so at least 24 hours in advance. Consistent participation is expected and directly impacts your results.

What is the investment?

Button

$97 per month for 8 months — beta cohort pricing. Limited to 8–12 members per cohort.

How do I join?

Button

Join the waitlist. When the cohort is ready to open, waitlist members are notified first and have the first opportunity to secure their spot.
