"

As a life and leadership coach, I help people improve their personal and work lives. My background in communication, psychology, neuroscience, and coaching gives me the foundation to listen deeply, see patterns, and guide my clients from self-awareness to planning to action that drives momentum.

• Life Coaching: Discover how your thinking and actions have created your life to date, and what needs to change to build the life you actually want. Together we'll create an action plan that builds from your expanded self-identity. You will gain self-confidence as you build the skills to reflect, plan, and pivot past any obstacle life offers you.

• Leadership Coaching: We'll identify what's potentially fueling your imposter syndrome, and factors contributing to your not yet achieving the visibility, influence, or promotion you want. Have you transitioned from an IC to leader perspective? Where might your leadership, communication, or soft skills need to be strengthened? Together we'll create a plan you work that builds the skills and knowledge you need to achieve your business goals.

The real change agent is action. We don't DESIGN our lives by thinking our way forward, though visualizing is a key building block. We build our lives forward though action. Let's build your yellow brick road using curiosity, resilience, reframing, and a bias to ACTION.

FAQs

Still need more clarity? Here are answers to some commonly asked questions.

Who is this program for?

Button

This program is designed for managers and leaders who want to strengthen their self-awareness, communication, confidence, and influence. Whether you're stepping into a new leadership role or refining your approach as an experienced leader, we'll focus on the challenges that matter most to you.

What if I'm not sure exactly what I need to work on?

Button

That's absolutely fine. You don't need to arrive with all the answers. We'll explore what's happening, identify the patterns or challenges worth addressing, and clarify where coaching can help you make progress.

Is the program structured, or is the coaching personalized?

Button

Both. The six-session journey provides structure, while the coaching itself is tailored to your goals, circumstances, and real-world leadership challenges. We'll adapt the focus as your needs and insights evolve.

What will I need to do between sessions?

Button

The real growth happens when you begin applying what you discover in our sessions. You'll choose practical actions to try in your day-to-day work, reflect on what you learn, and bring those experiences back to coaching. I provide guidance, support, and accountability, but you own your development. Our working formula: Your WHO + your DO = change and momentum.

Can I contact you between coaching sessions?

Button

Absolutely! You can message me through Vibly between sessions to share reflections, ask relevant questions, or get support as you put new approaches into practice. I respond the same business day to messages received unless on vacation. Between-session messaging supports your ongoing development but isn't on-demand access or emergency assistance.

Are worksheets or exercises included?

Button

Worksheets and structured exercises are available upon request if you find them helpful. We can choose resources that support your learning style and the work you're doing. I often share online quizzes I find valuable, as well as podcast links and book suggestions.

How do I know if coaching is worth the investment?

Button

Coaching requires a financial investment, time, and a willingness to do the work. The aim is to help you recognize patterns, make more intentional choices, and improve how you lead, communicate, and respond to challenges. An initial conversation can help us explore your goals and determine whether this program is a good fit.

Is coaching the same as consulting or training?

Button

No. Rather than prescribing a one-size-fits-all solution, coaching helps you uncover your own patterns, explore new perspectives, and develop approaches you can apply to your specific leadership situations. I'll bring questions, observations, tools, and challenges to the conversation, while you remain responsible for your choices and actions. If you want me to put on my Mentor hat at times, you can make that specific request.

What if I want to continue after the six sessions?

Button

We'll review your progress and next steps as we approach the end of the program. If further coaching would be useful, we can discuss options based on your goals and needs.

Do you offer refunds?

Button

I invest my time to come to each session fully prepared to give you incredible focus, guidance, and value. So I do not refund scheduled sessions that you don't attend. The coaching agreement you sign prior to coaching spells out the commitments we both bring to our partnership.
