What you'll achieve

I believe this work is about more than building habits or reaching goals; it’s about reclaiming yourself. I want to help you find what makes you feel strong, grounded, and alive—and give yourself permission to prioritize it. Each of us has an innate capacity to grow, heal, and thrive, and when supported, you can create meaningful change that lasts far beyond a single session.

Who this is for

I work with women navigating life transitions, seeking balance, or wanting to rebuild confidence and resilience. They may be moms, professionals, business owners, or navigating seasons of transition, and they’re ready to prioritize their well-being without guilt. Whether you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or simply ready to grow, my approach meets you where you are.

My background as a registered dietitian first rooted my work in the science of health and behavior change, but it was my own healing journey that transformed how I understand wellness. I learned that true wellness extends far beyond what we eat or how we move—it requires integration of body, mind, and spirit. That journey led me to expand into mental and emotional wellness as a certified mental health coach, shaping a holistic approach to my work.

At Whole by Design Wellness, I believe well-being doesn’t happen automatically—it’s something we create intentionally, through conscious choices, daily habits, and alignment with our deepest values. Life’s challenges aren’t obstacles to avoid; they’re opportunities to grow, reconnect, and step more fully into who you’re becoming.

It is my belief that every woman already holds what she needs to heal, grow, and thrive. Sometimes that truth just gets buried under the weight of responsibilities, expectations, and the fast pace of life. Certain seasons—whether marked by transition, uncertainty, or simply the sense that something needs to change—can leave us feeling disconnected from who we are. Yet these same moments also offer an incredible opportunity: a chance to pause, reflect, and realign with what matters.

My approach blends faith, science, and heart. Together, we work with practical, evidence-based tools you can apply in everyday life while also tending to the deeper parts of your individual journey: your values, your purpose, and your personal growth. I provide a supportive, non-judgmental space where you can slow down, gain clarity, and take meaningful steps toward the person you’re becoming.

This work goes far beyond habit change or goal setting. Coaching is forward-focused and collaborative, designed to help you feel more grounded, confident, and empowered in how you show up for your life. My goal is to help you reconnect with what makes you feel strong, aligned, and alive—and give yourself permission to prioritize it.  I believe that, with the right support, you can create meaningful change that lasts far beyond a single session.

Together, we move from surviving to fully stepping into the life you were meant to live—resilient, empowered, and whole by design.

FAQs

Still need more clarity? Here are answers to some commonly asked questions.

How does coaching differ from therapy?

Button

Coaching is forward-focused and collaborative, designed to help you clarify goals, build skills, and take intentional action in your life. While we may explore thoughts, emotions, and patterns, coaching does not diagnose or treat mental health conditions.

Do you provide medical nutrition therapy or nutrition counseling?

Button

Although I am a registered and licensed dietitian, coaching is different from medical nutrition therapy. While we may discuss general, evidence-based nutrition strategies as part of your coaching, these sessions are not intended to diagnose, treat, or manage medical conditions. Coaching focuses on exploration, skill-building, and support to help you make intentional changes in your life.

How long is a coaching program, and what is the time commitment?

Button

The length and frequency of coaching depend on your goals and schedule. In general, I recommend a package of either 6 or 12 sessions over a 3 month period to allow time to build momentum, practice new strategies, and see meaningful growth. Most clients benefit from weekly sessions at the beginning of their journey. The initial coaching session is 1 hour, and follow-up sessions are 30 minutes each, making it manageable to fit into your life while still providing consistent support.

What kind of support do you offer between sessions?

Button

I often provide homework—reflections, exercises, or tools designed to help you practice new ways of showing up, build self-awareness, and strengthen the skills we explore together. My clients also have access to a variety of free resources tailored to their focus areas, offering extra support between sessions.

How do I get started?

Button

Start by reaching out for a discovery conversation—a welcoming space to connect, share where you are, and begin imagining the next steps toward the life you want to create.
