Hi! I'm Elizabeth. With over 15 years of experience in speech therapy, voice care, cognitive rehabilitation and coaching and holistic healing, I have helped hundreds of clients make real change. A strong clinical background working with difficult challenges and healing from my own chronic illness/burnout taught me that even small changes can make big impacts on quality of life. I bring 20 years of experience in yoga and mindfulness, incorporating sound and vibroacoustic therapy to support regulation with coaching to help you get clear, shift patterns, and move forward.

My career began with over 10 years of training as an actor and singer, which laid a strong foundation for my work as a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) and Vocologist, since 2011. I led and supervised teams of therapists in schools and hospitals, and spent over 7 years running a thriving private practice in Los Angeles, CA. In addition to my core expertise, I hold advanced certifications in specialized areas, including: Frequency Specific Microcurrent (FSM), Myofacial Release, and HeartMath,  Adaptive and Assistive Technology (AAC), Lee Silverman Voice Treatment (LSVT), Speak Out!, FEES, Pediatric Voice Programs (Adventures in Voice), and more. I’ve worked with children and adults in clinics, hospitals, schools, and private practice.

I started using my coaching abilities with my patients, guiding them to work past individual barriers to achieve their communications goals. Now, I help guide those who might feel that change is overwhelming or impossible to finding more balance, calm and sense of purpose.

Beyond my professional work, I am fortunate to have found my own sound path to what makes me content and fulfilled: I am a dedicated yoga practitioner with 25+ years of practice, a proud mother of two daughters, an avid traveler, passionate cook, and Argentine tango dancer. I love learning new skills and making my home a place I want to be.
