I am a Duke Certified & Wellness Coach with a background as a Licensed Speech-Language Pathologist, that integrates coaching and mind-body approaches.
Through working with clients of all ages and challenges, and making big changes in my own life, including healing from chronic illness and burnout, I understand how to help others make the changes they want. I bring 20 years of experience in yoga and mindfulness, incorporating sound and vibroacoustic therapy to support regulation with coaching to help you get clear, shift patterns, and move forward.
I consider myself an Intuitive Coach, listening for what may be just beneath the surface—and gently reflect that back to help you tune into and trust your own inner knowing. Primarily, I am a partner here to support you in strengthening your intuition, and establish behavior patterns that create change.
From working in clinics, hospitals and schools, I bring a multidisciplinary background with experience in behavior change coaching for clients and families, voice and fluency disorders of all ages, early child language and speech development, and adult neurological rehabilitation. I have also worked extensively with neurodivergent populations.
Frequently, I work with big life transitions, such as women navigating midlife, where shifts in energy, identity, and priorities are often present. Rather than approaching this as something to fix, I see it as a meaningful transition that, with the right support, can lead to greater clarity, alignment, and self-trust.
