How often do Client Check-Ins happen?

Sessions are typically scheduled weekly or bi-weekly, depending on client goals, availability, and level of support needed. Consistency is encouraged to maintain momentum and accountability.

Do you provide training planning during Client Check-Ins?

Yes. Training plans are provided as part of human performance coaching; however, the actual training plan will be delivered and managed on a separate platform. Client Check-Ins on Vibly are used to review progress, discuss adherence, and make adjustments to both training and nutrition strategies based on performance, recovery, and real-life factors. Vibly serves as the coaching and accountability space where we ensure the plan is working effectively and sustainably.

Do you provide nutrition planning during Client Check-Ins?

Yes. Nutrition planning is included only within human performance coaching to support fitness and performance goals. This may include structured guidance, adjustments, and accountability around fueling and consistency. Medical nutrition therapy is not provided.
